Terms of service

2. Subject of the Service

The Service is cloud software for automated, live and replayed webinars: registration page, webinar room with timeline and AI assistant, checkout, follow-up events and an organiser admin. Video hosting is provided by third parties (YouTube, Vimeo, Bunny Stream or the organiser's own storage).

3. Account, trial, approval

Requesting an organiser account is free; the provider activates it after approval. A 14-day free trial starts on activation, no card required. When the trial ends, an account without a subscription becomes read-only; its data is kept for 90 days and then deleted.

The account owner is responsible for managing team access and keeping passwords secure.

4. Fees and payment

Subscription fees are published on the website or in an individual quote, in gross HUF. Fees are payable in advance for the chosen period; invoices are issued electronically. Fee changes are announced by e-mail at least 30 days ahead.

Organisers may sell to their own viewers through the Service (checkout). In those transactions the contract is between the organiser and the viewer; payment is processed by the organiser's own payment provider (Stripe, Barion, SimplePay or bank transfer) and the organiser issues the invoice.

5. Withdrawal and termination

A consumer Subscriber may withdraw within 14 days of contracting without giving reasons (Gov. Decree 45/2014); if provision of the Service has begun at their express request, a proportional fee is payable. A subscription may be cancelled at any time with effect at the end of the current billing period, in the admin or by e-mail.

6. Organiser obligations and content

The organiser is responsible for webinar content, promises made to viewers, their own privacy notice and lawful e-mailing. Unlawful, misleading or spam-based use is prohibited and may lead to suspension.

7. Availability and liability

The Service is provided as-is with a 99% monthly availability target; planned maintenance is announced in advance. The provider is not liable for outages of third parties (video hosting, payment providers, e-mail delivery). Liability is capped at the subscription fees paid in the given year; no liability for lost profit.

8. Data protection

Viewer data is controlled by the organiser; the provider acts as processor (a data processing agreement forms part of these terms). Details in the privacy notice: /adatvedelem.

9. Miscellaneous

Hungarian law applies. Complaints are answered within 30 days; consumers may turn to the competent conciliation board or the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr). Amendments to these terms are published 30 days ahead.
